Meeting and pickup
Airport Pick-up:
In case of airport pick-up, the meeting point will be at a designated van pick-up area. The operator or tour guide will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a sign with your name or the tour name, making it easy to identify them.
Hotel Pick-up:
For hotel pick-up, guests must be ready at the scheduled tour start time in the designated meeting point (hotel lobby or main entrance). Punctuality is very important to avoid delays. We will remain in contact with you at all times via phone or WhatsApp (+52 55 7908 2862) for coordination.
