Hotel Pickup: If you are being collected from your hotel, please be ready at the main entrance or reception area at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Flight Monitoring: We monitor all flights, so if your flight is delayed, don’t worry — your driver will still be there to meet you. Contact: If you are unable to find your driver, please call or WhatsApp the number provided on your booking confirmation for immediate assistance. 3. Arrival & Welcome (Airport Pickup)
On arrival at Harry Mwanga Nkumbula International Airport, our driver tracks the flight in real time.
Guests are greeted in the Arrivals Hall, with a personalized signboard displaying their name.
A warm Zambian welcome with assistance for luggage.
4. Departure & Hotel Pickup
For hotel pickups, the driver meets guests at the reception or main entrance.
Guests are kindly asked to be ready 10 minutes before pickup time.
Luggage assistance is provided.
5. Comfortable Transfer
Guests board a modern, air-conditioned vehicle.
Bottled water is offered (optional).
The ride lasts about 15–25 minutes depending on the destination.
The driver shares local insights and tips about Livingstone and Victoria Falls (optional, depending on guest preference).
