Parque Explora is an interactive science museum, a planetarium, a public experimentation lab —the Exploratorio— and an educational aquarium focused on conservation and animal welfare. It protects numerous species that are victims of wildlife trafficking. It’s a major refuge that helps break the chain of suffering and gives threatened life new possibilities. Environmental authorities report that over 90% of trafficked species do not survive.
Located in the north of the city—an area that once housed the landfill—it has transformed from stigma into a vibrant social meeting place and a symbol of change through education.

Entrance to Explora Park includes: * Tour of: Aquarius - New Nursery: Refuges of amphibians and reptiles recovered by the country's environmental authorities. - Exhibition of Dinosaurs Open Room - Music room -Time Room Mind Room * Common areas: Includes restaurants, shops and bathrooms (adults and children) * Approximate time/travel: 4 hours. (can be until closing time) *Under 3 years old, enter free.
