What to expect

This experience is designed to truly immerse you in Tuscan cuisine, starting from ingredients we produce on our farm, moving through traditional gestures, and arriving at the most beautiful moment: sitting together at the table to share what we have prepared.

During the experience you will cook personally, without rush and without needing any previous experience.

The goal is not to make something perfect, but to live an authentic moment.

During the cooking class you will prepare:

Handmade fresh pasta

Aglione sauce from the Val di Chiana, grown by us

Fruit tart with our homemade jams

Each step is guided, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere.

While cooking, you can sip a glass of wine, ask questions, observe and taste.

At the end of the cooking class you will sit down together to enjoy the meal you have prepared.

Lunch includes:

A platter of local products such as Tuscan cured meats and cheeses

Fresh pasta with the aglione sauce prepared together

The fruit tart made during the class

A tasting of 5 wines from our production
