What to expect
－Book your transfer
Select the arrival pickup option (TPE or TSA) and provide your flight number, arrival time, and hotel address.
－Receive confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, our staff will arrange your driver and monitor your flight in real time.
－After landing
Turn on your phone after arrival — you’ll receive a text message with your driver’s name, car plate number, and contact info.
－Meet your driver
Follow the signs to the arrival hall, where your driver will be waiting with a name sign.
If your accommodation is in a narrow lane or restricted area, pickup will be arranged at the nearest accessible point.
－Enjoy your ride
Sit back and relax in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle as you travel to your hotel in Taipei.
✈️Departure Transfer (Hotel → Airport)
－Book your transfer
Choose the departure drop-off option and provide your hotel name, address, flight number, and departure time.
－Receive confirmation
After your booking is confirmed, our staff will plan your pickup time according to your flight schedule.
－One day before departure
You’ll receive a text message with your driver’s name, car plate number, and contact info.
－Pickup day
Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the confirmed pickup time.
If your hotel is in a small alley or restricted zone, pickup will be at the nearest accessible point.
－Transfer to the airport
Your driver will take you directly to Taoyuan (TPE) or Songshan (TSA) Airport safely and on time.
