Pickup details:

• Pickup & Drop-off Locations:
This tour includes pickup and drop-off from Taipei city hotels, Taipei Songshan Airport (TSA), Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), and Keelung Port (Cruise Terminal). Pickup from other locations is available upon request and subject to confirmation.

• Pickup Time:
The exact pickup time will be arranged based on your flight, cruise schedule, or hotel location, and will be confirmed 1–2 days prior to departure.

• Waiting Time Policy:

Airport / Keelung Port pickup: up to 90 minutes of waiting time after actual arrival

Hotel pickup: driver will wait up to 10 minutes at the scheduled time

• Group Size & Luggage:
Vehicle type will be arranged according to group size. Please inform us in advance if you have large luggage, strollers, wheelchairs, or sports equipment.

• Special Requests:
Child safety seats are available upon request (limited availability, advance notice required).
Late-night or early-morning pickups may incur an additional surcharge, which will be advised in advance.
