What makes this experience truly special is our use of homegrown vegetables and herbs, cultivated organically right here at the resort. Guests will cook with fresh ingredients straight from our garden, learning how each item supports health and wellness in line with Ayurvedic principles.

Using traditional clay pots, coconut spoons, and firewood stoves, guests will prepare a complete Sri Lankan meal just as it has been done for generations. Our chef shares not only step-by-step techniques but also family secrets and cultural insights that make each dish meaningful.
