Our guide will call the lead traveller at least one day before this tour starts to find out which hotel the travellers are staying in and our guide will pick the travellers from their hotel. We shall need to get a copy of the passport of each traveller several days in advance as soon as the travellers book this tour so that we can use the travellers passports to process their gorilla permits. We shall call the lead traveller as soon as we get a booking and ask him forhis email so that he can share copies of the passport details of each traveller with us via email.
