Your driver will be waiting for you at the Arrivals Hall, just after you exit customs, holding a sign with your name.
Please provide your flight number and estimated arrival time when booking, so we can monitor for any delays.
For Port pickups (Piraeus, ):
Your driver will be waiting at the designated passenger pickup area, near the arrival gate of your ferry, holding a sign with your name.
Please provide your ferry name and arrival time when booking.
Please be ready at your hotel lobby.
Your driver will be holding a sign with your name.

Drop-off anywhere within the Attica region (Greater Athens), including Athens International Airport (ATH), Piraeus Cruise Port, Rafina Port, Lavrio Port, and all central Athens hotels and addresses within our operating zones.
What to expect
Once you book your transfer, you will receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your pickup. Please make sure to provide accurate information, such as your flight/ferry number, arrival time, and destination address.
2. Pre-Trip Coordination
Prior to your arrival, our team reviews all your details to ensure a smooth pickup. If needed, we may contact you to confirm or clarify any information.
3. Pickup at the Airport or Port
Your professional driver will be waiting for you:
At Athens Airport (ATH): in the Arrivals Hall, after customs, holding a sign with your name.
At the Port (Piraeus, Rafina, or Lavrio): at the designated passenger pickup area, holding a sign with your name.
We monitor flights and ferries in real time to adjust for any delays. Free waiting time is included (60 minutes for airport, 30 minutes for port).
4. Meet & Greet
The driver will greet you with a warm welcome, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
5. Comfortable Transfer
Enjoy a safe, clean, and comfortable ride to your destination. Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi may be available depending on the vehicle.
6. Drop-Off at Your Destination
