Step into the world of Colombian cacao with an immersive workshop in Medellín. You’ll connect with cacao in an interactive environment, exploring its flavors and traditions. Learn how cacao has been cultivated, processed, and enjoyed for centuries in Colombia. This hands-on experience allows you to roast, peel, grind, and refine cacao beans, taste 4–5 different cacao preparations, and ultimately create your own artisanal chocolate bar to take home, with the option to purchase additional bars you craft.
