Riding a snowmobile under the Arctic night sky is an experience you’ll never forget. The world becomes quiet, the snow glows beneath your headlights, and above you waits a dark sky ready to come alive.
This tour is guided with heart, traditional knowledge, and real Arctic experience. We follow snow-covered trails far from city lights to places known for clear skies and open horizons. With small groups, high-quality gear, and a guide who respects the land and the rhythms of nature, the experience becomes safe, personal, and authentic.
We stop to enjoy warm drinks, take photos, and simply stand still in the silence of winter. The northern lights can never be guaranteed — but the feeling of riding through the Arctic night, surrounded by stars and vastness, is a promise we can always keep.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You will receive a message or call with your exact pickup time approximately 1 hour before the activity begins, using the phone number provided in your booking.
The minibus collects guests from several locations and may arrive up to 10 minutes before or after the scheduled pickup time. Please be waiting outside your chosen pickup point no later than the scheduled time, as arrival depends on the order of the pickup route.
If you do not show up for the pickup, the full cost of the tour will be charged. Make sure the phone number in your reservation is valid, as we will attempt to contact you from a Swedish number (+46XXXXXXXX) if we are unable to locate you.
What to expect
The starting point is approximately 20 minutes by minibus from Kiruna city.
You will be equipped with high-quality snowmobile gear designed for snowmobiling adventures in the Arctic climate.
Our guide will provide safety instructions and guidance on how to drive the snowmobile in a safe and enjoyable way.
The tour is approximately 32 km long and takes you through a variety of landscapes, including rivers, lakes and forests. You will be surrounded by a true winter wonderland. The dark sky increases your chances of seeing the aurora borealis dancing across the sky.
Halfway through the tour, we will have a short break with warm lingonberry juice and sweet snacks. We will also help you capture photos during the experience.
We cannot guarantee that the northern lights will be visible, as they are a natural phenomenon influenced by weather conditions beyond our control. However, we can guarantee that we will do our very best to give you a wonderful and memorable experience.
