What's Included
Meeting and pickup
You will receive a message or call with your exact pickup time approximately 1 hour before the activity begins, using the phone number provided in your booking.
The minibus collects guests from several locations and may arrive up to 10 minutes before or after the scheduled pickup time. Please be waiting outside your chosen pickup point no later than the scheduled time, as arrival depends on the order of the pickup route.
If you do not show up for the pickup, the full cost of the tour will be charged. Make sure the phone number in your reservation is valid, as we will attempt to contact you from a Swedish number (+46XXXXXXXX) if we are unable to locate you.
What to expect
At the reindeer camp, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, personal atmosphere—far from crowds and staged tourism. Here you have the rare chance to feed the reindeer by hand. In winter, feeding is not a show but essential care that helps them through deep snow, ice, and harsh conditions. This is real Sámi life, shared respectfully with you.
You’ll learn about reindeer herding, family traditions, and the meaning of growing up with these animals. Warm up inside a traditional Sámi hut with a fire, hot berry juice, and a sweet snack as you listen to stories and reflect on the connection between nature, culture, and the Arctic.
