We provide a briefing session for all our customers who arrive one day before the tour. This takes place at their hotel between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you arrive on the same day, our staff will meet you at the train station holding a sign with your name and will assist you with purchasing the bus tickets to Machu Picchu.
