Meeting and pickup
Travelers with transportation included will receive confirmation of their exact pick-up time one day before the tour. Pickup service is available at most hotels in Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Puerto Morelos, Riviera Maya and Playa del Carmen. If your accommodation is outside the coverage area, you will be assigned the nearest confirmed meeting point. We recommend that you be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our staff will identify and assist you prior to boarding.
The meeting point is the restaurant El Pececito, located in Playa Langosta, Hotel Zone of Cancun. Our staff will be present to welcome travelers and guide them to the boarding area. We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before departure time.
