What's Included

Private transportation
You have access to the buffet menu at the cenote, already included in the price. The buffet usually features local food. Please note that beverages at the cenote restaurant are not included.
We may offer you a beer once you have finished your activities, but for safety reasons, not before.
We provide bottled water for you in the van at any time during the tour. Food is included at the cenote; however, beverages are generally not.

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

We will pick you up at your hotel, Airbnb, or any private location you specify. The van has a “Cancun Diamond” logo on both sides at the top so you can easily recognize it. The driver will be holding either a sign with your name or a sign with the name of the tour “Chichen Cenote”, depending on whether it is a private or shared service. You can show your booking confirmation to the driver, who will verify it from his phone.

    We will take you to Chichén Itzá, and your entrance ticket is already included in the price—no extra fees! You can choose how to experience the site: we can guide you ourselves, we can arrange a certified local guide for you, or you can explore at your own pace.

    Cenote Hubiku

    We will take you to Hubiku Cenote, although if you prefer another cenote in the area (such as Bocal del Puma or Zací), we can adjust your visit. However, we recommend Hubiku because of its clean facilities (including wonderful restrooms) and overall comfort. Your entrance to the cenote is included, along with a buffet meal—so you won’t have to worry about food during the tour.
