Meeting and pickup
Self-parking is available outside the marina. Parking can be paid electronically using the PayByPhone app. The yacht is located near the entrance of Door 6, Dock 39. Upon arrival, please contact your captain for boarding assistance and directions to the yacht.

All departure times are subject to availability and will be confirmed after booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time or offer a similar option.
Cruise Miami's iconic waterways as you depart from the Miami River and take in breathtaking views of the Downtown Miami and Brickell skylines, Port Miami, Fisher Island, and the famous celebrity homes of Star, Palm, and Hibiscus Islands. Unlike most charters, jet ski time is included at no additional cost on charters of 4 hours or more, giving you even more excitement during your experience.

IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICES
Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.
Jet Skis are reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.
Fuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.
No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.
All guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.
Boat rules apply strictly (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.
