More than a cooking class, this is an immersion in Peruvian culture.
Your experience begins at the Magdalena market, where you will learn about biodiversity, taste exotic fruits and buy the products you will use during the class, just as Peruvian cooks do.
The adventure continues with a fun tuk tuk tour of the neighborhood before returning to the kitchen.
With the guidance of our chef you will prepare four of the great icons of Peruvian gastronomy: ceviche, stalked cause, pisco sour and sautéed loin. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never cooked; the class is dynamic, participatory and full of stories, curiosities and a lot of humor.
And since every Peruvian celebration deserves a great ending, we will end up sharing the preparation in an authentic local festival with music, toasts and a perfect atmosphere to meet travelers from all over the world.
An experience designed to learn, cook, laugh and live Peru as a local.
Pisco Sour
The emblematic cocktail of Peru, made with pisco, lemon, sugar and egg white. Soft, citrus and perfectly balanced.
