You’ll explore how sustainable and biodynamic methods are reviving traditions, and how natural fermentation and minimal intervention give rise to wines with a living, soulful character.

To complement your tasting, our wine bar will offer artisanal local cheeses, carefully selected to enhance the flavors and aromas of each wine.
