Meeting and pickup
Pick-up Information
All transfers are made only from the beach of your hotel.
At the confirmed time, our team will be waiting for you on your hotel’s beach with a large red inflatable boat. Please come directly to the beach – we do not pick up from the hotel lobby or by car/taxi.
Important: Please remember that pick-up is always from the beach area of your hotel, not from the lobby or reception.
What to expect
During parasailing, all guests provided with a life jacket and safety harness. Take-off and landing are done safely from the boat.
Flight Time and Height: Average flight time is 12–15 minutes. Depending on wind and weight, you can reach 110–200 meters. If you prefer a lower height, simply inform the captain for a tailored experience.
Age and Weight Limits: No minimum age. Maximum combined weight is around 210 kg, but in good conditions, higher weights may be possible (captain’s discretion). Up to 4 people can fly together (usually including children).
Photo and Video: Extra drone video service available, plus GoPro camera with stick provided so you can record the entire flight.
Health Conditions: Parasailing suits most guests. Guests with mild height fears are welcome — many overcome them and enjoy the flight. For safety, caution is advised if you have serious heart problems or severe panic attacks. Elderly and disabled guests are welcome with guidance and support.
Water Touch: The captain can let your feet touch the water, dip you completely, or, if you prefer, keep you entirely dry — just let the captain know.
