Travel in a clean, modern 2025 Ford Transit with large windows and comfortable seating while exploring Hilo’s most beautiful locations including waterfalls, scenic coastlines, black sand beaches, and historic town areas.

Pickup details:

Pickup is directly at the cruise ship port in Hilo or Kona. Please exit the ship and walk toward the main port entrance. Look for your driver holding a “Hawaii Island Insider Tours” sign near the designated pickup area. Boarding begins 30 to 45 minutes before departure and we depart promptly. If you have any issues locating us, please call or text us directly. Comfortable walking shoes, water, and sun protection are recommended.

    A beautiful 80 foot waterfall located just minutes from Hilo town. On sunny mornings, you can often see rainbows forming in the mist. Easy access and one of the most iconic waterfalls on the island.
