What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Upon your arrival, your designated driver will be waiting in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign bearing your name. Your flight will be monitored in real time, ensuring that any delays are accommodated at no additional cost. Once you have met your driver, assistance will be provided with your luggage, and you will be escorted to your vehicle for direct transfer to your destination.

What to expect
Arrival Transfer
Upon arrival at Schiphol Airport, there is no need to queue for a taxi to reach your destination in Amsterdam. You will be transported in a luxury Mercedes sedan or minivan, driven by a professional chauffeur. Pick-up takes place in the Arrivals Hall approximately 45 minutes after your flight has landed, allowing sufficient time to collect your luggage and clear customs. Your driver will be identifiable by a nameplate displaying your name. During the journey, you may relax in a private, comfortable vehicle equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, leather seating, and bottled water. The transfer to Amsterdam takes approximately 30 minutes.
Return Transfer
For your return journey, your driver will collect you from your hotel or any other address in Amsterdam. Your chauffeur, who will assist with your luggage, is English-speaking and dressed in formal attire (suit and tie).
To allow for any unforeseen delays due to roadworks or traffic congestion, we recommend scheduling pick-up between 2.5 and 3 hours prior to your departure time.
