We recommend you to stay inside the terminal and go directly to the assigned meeting point (Gate 3 for international arrivals and Gate 1 for domestic arrivals). Your driver will be waiting with a name sign.
We monitor all flights in real time, so you don’t have to worry if your flight is delayed or arrives ahead of schedule; your pickup will be automatically adjusted.
For faster communication, we will contact you by WhatsApp as soon as your booking is confirmed and again upon landing your flight. If you do not have roaming, you can connect to the airport Wi-Fi.
If you have any inconvenience in locating us, do not worry, we will be waiting for you at the meeting point.

If the service is from Jorge Chávez International Airport, your driver will wait for you at the arrivals area with a personalized sign with your name so you can easily identify it. If the transfer is to the airport, the driver will pick you up promptly at the address indicated.
