  Pima Palace

  It was built in the 17th century for the noble Pima family, one of Kotor’s most respected and influential lineages.   The Buća Palace (Palata Buća) is one of the oldest and most historically significant noble residences in Kotor’s Old Town. It belonged to the Buća family, a powerful and wealthy lineage that played an important role in Kotor’s political and cultural life

  Clock Tower

  Built in 1602, during the time of the Venetian Republic, the tower reflects a blend of Renaissance and Baroque styles. Its stone façade leans slightly backward — a result of several earthquakes over the centuries, including the great quake of 1979, after which it was carefully restored.

  St. Tryphon Cathedral

  The Cathedral of St. Tryphon (Crkva Svetog Tripuna) is the spiritual symbol of Kotor and one of the oldest Roman Catholic cathedrals on the Adriatic coast. It was consecrated in 1166, built on the site of an earlier church from the 9th century that held the relics of St. Tryphon, the patron saint and protector of the city.

  Maritime Museum

  The Maritime Museum of Kotor (Pomorski muzej) is housed in the elegant Grgurina Palace, an 18th-century Baroque residence in the very heart of the Old Town. It preserves the long and proud seafaring tradition of Kotor and the entire Bay of Kotor, a region once famous for its skilled sailors, shipbuilders, and naval captains.

  Church of St. Luke

  The Church of St. Luke (Crkva Svetog Luke) stands quietly on the small square of the same name, in the very heart of Kotor’s Old Town. Built in 1195, it is one of the oldest churches in Kotor and a rare example of Byzantine-Romanesque architecture on the Adriatic coast.

  Church of Blazena Ozana

  St. Ozana’s Church, is one of the most sacred and historically important places in Kotor. It was built in 1221 on the remains of an even older early Christian basilica from the 6th century, and it has been a place of continuous worship for more than 800 years.
