Pickup details:

Passengers will be picked up at Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) Arrivals Hall. Our driver will be waiting inside the arrivals hall holding a printed sign displaying the lead traveler's name. The specific terminal will be confirmed based on the flight number provided at booking (Arlanda has Terminals 2, 4, and 5). If the flight is delayed, our driver will wait at no additional charge to the passenger — we include 60 minutes of free waiting time to accommodate flight delays and baggage collection.

For drop-offs, passengers will be transported to their specified address or hotel within Stockholm. The exact drop-off location is confirmed with passengers before the pickup to ensure accurate routing.

What to expect

After booking, you'll receive your driver's contact details in advance. Just share your flight number — we track it automatically, so if your flight is delayed, your driver adjusts the pickup time and waiting time is free of charge. When you land, head to the arrivals hall, where your driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name. Your driver will assist with your luggage and take you directly to your Stockholm address — this is a private, non-shared vehicle with no additional stops or shared shuttle detours. On arrival, your driver helps unload your luggage and the transfer is complete
