Meeting and pickup
Pickup and drop-off are included anywhere in central Shanghai inside the Outer Ring Road (downtown Puxi and most central Pudong hotels).
Your English-speaking driver will send a message through Viator the day before to reconfirm the pickup time and exact location (hotel lobby / main entrance).
For airport and train station pickups, we use a name sign at the arrivals hall. Free waiting time: 30 minutes for airports and train stations, 15 minutes for hotels and city locations. Extra waiting or extra hours can be added at a fixed hourly rate, payable in cash or via the platform.
Pickup and drop-off are available anywhere in central Shanghai. We’ll contact you one day before to reconfirm the itinerary, including the pickup point and the drop-off location.
