IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Once you collect your luggage and clear customs, please exit the terminal building completely through the sliding glass doors.
⚠️ WARNING: Ignore timeshare vendors and "pirate" taxis that are in the aisle before departure. They will try to stop you saying they are your transport, but they are NOT our staff. Keep walking until you get outdoors.

Terminal 2 : When you leave, find the kiosk "Grab N Go".
Terminal 3 : When you leave, walk to the bar "Margaritaville".
Terminal 4 : When leaving, look for the "Welcome Bar" sign.
Identification : Look for our uniformed staff with the All Transfers logo holding a name sign.
We take you directly to your hotel lobby, condo or Airbnb in the Cancun Hotel Zone, Downtown Cancun, Puerto Juarez or Costa Mujeres. Private door-to-door service without unnecessary stops.
What to expect
2. Meet & Greet When you leave the terminal (following our “Meeting Points” instructions), you will easily identify our uniformed staff by holding a sign with the All Transfers logo and your name. Your driver will kindly assist you with all your luggage up to the vehicle.
3. Enjoy an exclusive trip for your group (from 1 to 8 passengers) in a clean, modern and powerfully air-conditioned van (vital in Cancun). Unlike shared services, we will not stop at other hotels or wait for strangers. Let's go straight to your destination.
4. We will drop you off at the lobby door of your Hotel, Airbnb or Condominium in the Hotel Zone or Downtown Cancun. The driver will check that you do not forget belongings on board before saying goodbye. Start your holiday relaxed and safe!
