In Cancún: Any hotel or accommodation located within the southwestern sector of the city, between the intersection of Av Cancún and Av Kabah, as well as within the northern sector after Av José López Portillo, is eligible only for a meeting point in downtown Cancún due to safety considerations and poor street conditions. Even if your accommodation appears listed, transportation will be arranged from a meeting point in the downtown area.

In Playa del Carmen: Any hotel or accommodation located outside the downtown area boundaries, between 30 Av Sur and Av Luis Donaldo Colosio, is eligible only for a meeting point in downtown Playa del Carmen due to safety considerations and poor street conditions. Even if your accommodation appears listed, transportation will be scheduled from the downtown area. This restriction does not apply if you are staying within the Playacar hotel area or at Riviera Maya resorts bordering Playa del Carmen to the north or south.
For most hotels and accommodations located within Playa del Carmen's metropolitan coastal area, for example properties on 5th Avenue, the closest possible meeting point will be assigned. Local traffic authorities restrict collective transportation vehicles from entering streets running parallel to the beach. The assigned meeting point is usually only a few minutes away on foot, at the nearest authorized bus stop to your accommodation.
This experience does NOT provide hotel pickup from any island and does not include ferry or crossing tickets to or from any island. If you are staying, for example, on Isla Mujeres or Cozumel, you must arrange the crossing on your own. Transportation will pick you up at the bus stop nearest to the ferry terminal on the mainland side of Riviera Maya, and your return will be to the same boarding location.
Access limitations may apply to certain accommodations, hotels, or resorts because of safety conditions, physical road closures, government restrictions, poorly maintained streets, or unpaved roads that cannot be accessed by vehicle. When this occurs, your final confirmation sent one day before your trip will indicate the nearest accessible meeting point and/or bus stop.
Entry restrictions may also apply to medium and large hotel properties, resorts, or hotel complexes according to each property's individual policies. Although most hotels allow general access to transportation services operating shared experiences, this is not always permitted due to security and privacy policies. In these situations, the final confirmation sent one day before your trip will instruct you to meet at the hotel entrance or at the nearest accessible meeting point outside the hotel property.
If the meeting point selected during your reservation was confirmed by our team through the final confirmation but is not actually the accommodation where you are staying, you are required to notify our team of this in writing by email, reservation chat, text message, or WhatsApp, preferably within the first minutes/hours after receiving your final confirmation. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and meet you outside your actual accommodation or at a newly assigned meeting point. If you did not previously notify our team in writing and attempt to change the meeting location only a few minutes before, during, or after your assigned pickup time, please understand that the request will be subject to availability and approval, with no guarantee that a change can be accommodated. A last-minute modification may disrupt the assigned pickup times of other travelers and affect the itinerary of passengers already on board. As part of our operating protocol, our team always searches for travelers first at the hotel's lobby, designated boarding area, or front desk, and afterward, if previously approved, at the newly arranged meeting point.
Exact pickup times vary considerably depending on where each traveler is staying. We operate multiple vehicles assigned to different geographic areas, and no single vehicle covers every pickup zone. Some approximate schedules are:
Cancún downtown and Hotel Zone: 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM
Playa Mujeres and Costa Mujeres: 5:50 AM – 6:50 AM
Puerto Morelos: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM
Playa del Carmen and Playacar: 7:10 AM – 7:55 AM
Riviera Maya: 7:30 – 8:30 AM
Tulum: 9:30 AM

By booking, you understand and accept that you are reserving an experience whose transportation logistics originate in Cancún, and that the farther an accommodation is located from central Cancún, the earlier or later its pickup time may be.
The time displayed on your ticket represents the average boarding time assigned to most travelers. Please contact our team directly to obtain your exact pickup time. If you have any questions, please verify or confirm your meeting point with our team.
Make sure you are present at the assigned place and time, at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup. Waiting periods are very short, and transportation cannot remain indefinitely waiting for a participant. Please respect the established schedule. Be considerate and remember that even small delays can accumulate, affecting travelers who are already participating in the experience as well as those who are still waiting to be picked up.
REMEMBER: One day before your trip, you will receive a final confirmation message through the contact methods associated with your reservation. This message will include your exact pickup time and boarding location. It is sent through the reservation chat, email, and the telephone number provided with your booking through WhatsApp and/or text message, depending on which communication methods are supported by that number and allow us to confirm delivery of the information. We therefore strongly request that travelers provide accurate, updated, active, and reachable contact information.

Due to the distance, the ride takes approximately three hours, giving you time to relax, get comfortable, and enjoy the anticipation. 2Chichen Itza
As we approach the archaeological site of Chichén Itzá, we’ll make a brief stop at nearby points of interest along the way. Also you’ll enjoy a delicious buffet lunch at a nearby restaurant. Savor a variety of authentic regional dishes and traditional Mexican flavors, with the freedom to eat as much as you like. You will have 1 full hour to consume your foods. Once we arrive, we’ll begin a short walk toward the main entrance. Our guides will accompany the group, providing directions and insights along the way. Inside Chichén Itzá, you’ll enjoy a 1-hour guided tour, where our expert guides will bring the ancient city to life-sharing fascinating stories and revealing what daily life was like during the height of the Mayan civilization. Afterward, you’ll have 1 hour of free time to explore at your own pace. Take photos, browse local souvenir shops, or grab a drink or snack. Please pay attention to guide’s instructions, as they will indicate the exact meeting time to return.

3Cenote Saamal
As part of this unforgettable adventure, you’ll experience a true Mayan cenote—ancient natural formations once believed to be gateways to the Mayan underworld. Surrounded by history and mystery, these sacred waters are known for being some of the most crystal-clear and refreshingly cool in the entire Yucatán Peninsula. The trip to the cenote is approximately 45 minutes. Get ready to take a swim, don’t forget your swimsuit! The cool, pristine waters offer the perfect escape and a glimpse into the refreshing lifestyle enjoyed by the ancient Maya. We will be here for approximately 1 hour. 4Valladolid
To complete this historical journey, we’ll visit the charming colonial city of Valladolid, Yucatán—one of the most peaceful and culturally rich towns in Mexico. We’ll enjoy a stop of approximately 30 to 45 minutes, giving you free time to explore the surroundings at your own pace. At the end of your visit to Valladolid, your guide will clearly indicate the meeting time to return to the bus. Once everyone is back on board, we’ll begin our journey back to Cancun and the Riviera Maya. The return trip takes approximately three hours, giving you the perfect opportunity to relax and reflect on an incredible day. Sit back, unwind in our comfortable vehicles, and enjoy a well-deserved rest after your adventure. You’ll return with unforgettable memories—having explored one of the New Seven Wonders of the World, swum in sacred cenote waters, and experienced the heart of Yucatán culture. We’ll notify you upon arrival at your drop-off point so you can safely disembark and conclude your journey.

- This tour includes a considerable amount of walking. Comfortable shoes and practical clothing are recommended so travelers can move around more easily during the day.
- If your reservation does not yet include a confirmed hotel or meeting point, this information must be sent to our team no later than the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the deadline is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the deadline is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. You may provide the information through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, last-minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If we do not receive the required hotel or meeting point information on time, the booking will automatically be moved to the next available date. This change has no additional cost, fee, or penalty. However, once the reservation has been rescheduled for this reason, it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- If you are traveling with friends, family, or another party under a separate reservation and would like to ride together, please let our team know before the tour date. We may try to coordinate this when all travelers depart from the same accommodation, although it cannot be guaranteed. If the pickup locations are in the same city but at different hotels, we can review the possibility, but traveling together is still not assured. If the reservations begin in different cities, this arrangement cannot be coordinated.
- The box lunch included with this experience is a fixed standard option. It cannot be changed, replaced, or adapted for special diets, food restrictions, allergies, or personal meal preferences.
- Lunch is served as a regional Mexican buffet. Guests may choose from the food available at the restaurant, including vegetarian options. At this time, the buffet cannot be customized for other specific diets, food restrictions, allergies, or special meal requirements.
- Since April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico have applied security measures that prevent visitors from entering with backpacks, luggage, or similar items. For the visit, we recommend carrying only essential belongings. Small items that fit in your pockets or in a compact personal bag are the best option. Some exceptions may be considered, such as diaper bags, but the final decision always belongs to the security personnel at the site entrance. We are not responsible for any belongings that are denied access by site security. During this tour, travelers may leave their items inside the transportation vehicle while visiting the scheduled stops.
- Transportation units and seats are assigned by the operations team according to availability, route planning, group size, and the organization required for the day. Guests cannot choose a specific bus, minibus, vehicle, row, or seat through the booking platform, during pickup, or directly with our staff. Our team will always try to keep travelers comfortable, but exact seats, spaces, or vehicles cannot be reserved, blocked, or guaranteed.
- During the tour, guests may only return to the bus or minibus when the guide or staff announces the official boarding time. Entering the vehicle before the scheduled return time, or staying inside while the rest of the group is visiting an attraction, is not allowed. Since other travelers may leave belongings inside the vehicle, this rule helps protect everyone’s personal items.
- The durations shown in the itinerary represent the total time assigned to each part of the experience. These times may include transfers between locations, time at the stop, activity time, boarding, group organization, and the time needed to continue or return along the route. They should not be understood as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please review the itinerary details as an approximate guide to the full timing of the day.
- Our team works to operate the tour as close as possible to the planned schedule. However, timing also depends on travelers being ready at the assigned pickup time and returning punctually at each stop. Traffic, road conditions, and other route-related factors may also affect the schedule and are outside our control. Please follow the meeting times provided by the guide and respect the time allowed at each location. Even a very small delay can accumulate throughout the day and affect a significant part of the overall itinerary.
