Once the traveler completes the booking, the trip is automatically registered in our system and reviewed to ensure all details are accurate.
2. Driver Details Sent to the Traveler
After the booking is confirmed, the traveler will receive a message containing:
Driver’s name
Phone number
Vehicle type and plate number
Exact pickup time and location
This ensures smooth communication between both parties.
3. Pre-Trip Coordination
Before the scheduled pickup time, we contact the traveler to reconfirm the details and check for any special requests such as extra luggage, children, or schedule changes.
4. Driver Arrives On Time
The driver arrives at the pickup location before the scheduled time and will hold a sign with the traveler’s name for airport pickups.
Assistance with luggage is always provided.
5. Start of the Journey
After verifying the traveler’s identity and reviewing the trip details, the driver begins the transfer while ensuring comfort and safety throughout the ride.
6. Updates During the Trip
The driver informs the traveler of the estimated arrival time and provides any useful information needed during the journey to ensure a smooth experience.
7. Arrival at the Drop-off Location
Upon arrival, the driver helps with unloading the luggage and ensures that the traveler reaches their destination safely and comfortably.
8. Completion of Service
Once the traveler confirms everything is satisfactory, the trip is closed in the system and a service completion notice is sent.
