This reservation-only sushi restaurant is located in Nagasaki's oldest shopping district, just a short walk from Megane Bridge.
The master sushi chef, who has been in the trade for 38 years and loves Nagasaki deeply, also serves as the manager of the Nagasaki Sushi Association. Every fish used in the sushi is sourced from Nagasaki Prefecture. The restaurant also takes pride in its locally produced Japanese tea and tableware, valuing hospitality that allows guests to experience Nagasaki with all five senses.

Cross the Megane Bridge toward the mountains and continue straight. Turn right at the shopping street and walk about 20 meters. On your right, you'll find the Japanese-style sushi restaurant “Ginyamachi Masaru.” Look for the “Sushi Experience” signboard at the entrance.
