How the guest will find their driver/guide:
The driver will contact you the day before pickup day with Whatsapp. So please provide your phone number.
Driver can also holding a welcome board at the arrivals hall. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead travelers name.
Pick-up: New Chitose Airport (CTS) International or Domestic Terminal (arrivals hall).
Drop-off: Your chosen location in Niseko.
Duration: Approximately 2–2.5 hours (depending on weather/traffic).
Luggage Capacity: Up to 4 large suitcases + carry-ons.
Waiting Time: Free wait up to 90 minutes after flight arrival.
