Amboseli National Park is a protected wildlife reserve in southern Kenya, located in Kajiado County. It covers 392 square kilometers. Key Feature: It is famous for its large herds of elephants with big tusks. Scenery: It sits at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, offering iconic views of the mountain. Landscape: The park is mostly flat with a dry ancient lake bed. It has permanent swamps (fed by melting snow from Kilimanjaro) that attract animals during the dry season. Wildlife: Apart from elephants, you can see lions, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, and over 400 bird species.
