After arrival, guests proceed to the arrival hall. The driver/guide will be wearing identifiable attire and holding a sign with the lead traveller's name. The vehicle will be parked in the designated pickup area.

Please provide your flight arrival details at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely pickup. Travelers should be ready at the pickup location 10–15 minutes before the scheduled meeting time.

For private tours, pickup timing can be adjusted to align with flight arrivals. Group tours operate on fixed schedules, and waiting time may be limited.

Late arrivals or significant flight delays may result in shortened tour time or cancellation and are non-refundable.

Drop-off is provided at Grand Canyon National Park Airport (GCN) at the conclusion of the tour. Travelers will be returned to the same pickup location unless otherwise arranged in advance.
