What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Arrival transfers (Airport → Hotel):
Airport pickup takes place upon your arrival at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU). Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Gate 07, holding a sign with your name.
There is no fixed waiting point, as the driver will position himself according to your arrival time. If you have difficulty locating your driver, please proceed to Gate 07 or near the Paul restaurant, where pickup can be arranged.
Please ensure that your flight number and arrival time are provided at the time of booking so we can monitor your flight and adjust pickup in case of delays.
Departure transfers (Hotel → Airport):
For departure transfers, pickup is scheduled approximately 4 hours before your flight departure, depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions.
Pickup takes place at the hotel lobby or another agreed location. Guests staying in hotels must provide their hotel name and room number, as hotel security may request this information before allowing driver access at the gate.

Drop-off is provided at the traveler’s hotel or accommodation anywhere in Mauritius for arrival transfers, or at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport for departure transfers.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with all transfer details. At the time of booking, please provide the required information depending on your transfer type.
For arrival transfers, please provide your full name, flight number, arrival time, and hotel or accommodation name.
For departure transfers, please provide your full name, hotel name, and room number, as this information may be required by hotel security for pickup access.
2. Customer Support & Flight Monitoring

3. Airport Arrival (Arrival Transfer)
Upon arrival at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (MRU), your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall at Gate 07, holding a sign with your name. The driver will assist you with your luggage and escort you to your private vehicle.
4. Transfer to Your Accommodation
You will be driven directly to your hotel or accommodation anywhere in Mauritius in a private, air-conditioned, fully licensed vehicle, with no stops or shared rides.
5. Departure Transfer (Hotel → Airport)
For departure transfers, pickup is scheduled approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time, depending on your hotel location and traffic conditions.
Your hotel name and room number are required, as hotel security may request this information before allowing driver access.
6. Return to the Airport
Your driver will pick you up at the agreed time and take you directly to the airport, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and punctual journey.
