Immerse yourself in the flavors of the Pacific while inviting you to a cooking class in a green, open setting that will transport you to the region’s shores. It invites you to discover the secrets, where fresh ingredients and a passion for gastronomy come together in every dish. Get ready to explore the aromas, colors and flavors of one of the world’s most vibrant cuisines.

You will recognize the geography of the Pacific Coast and the ingredients that are used for all the dishes of the class. Then, while hara mise en place will talk about the culture of Pacific Coast practices in the kitchen, rooftop plants and their use as a seasoning, flavoring and medicinal proposes.

The cooking class will consist of 3 courses and a cocktail.
Appetizer: Shrimp or Chontaduro Ceviche (vegetarian option)
Main : Devil Rice (rice with seafood)
Dessert : Coca (coconut sweet)
Cocktail : Sun of the Bay (Passion fruit cocktail inspired by the beautiful sun of Buenaventura)
