Pickup time depends on the location:
Bolzano: approximately 1 hour before the tour start time
Ortisei and Carezza: approximately 30 minutes before the tour start time
Santa Cristina, Pera di Fassa, Pozza di Fassa: approximately 15 minutes before the tour start time
