Meeting and pickup

You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Your driver will meet you at your accommodation (hotel or Airbnb) or another agreed location such as a train station or airport in Prague. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This private transfer offers a comfortable, direct journey to Vienna with a scenic stop in Český Krumlov, Wachau or Mauthausen. Reverse transfers from Vienna to Prague are also available upon request.

Transfers operate daily. Pickup times are flexible and will be confirmed after booking. You will receive a confirmation message with your exact pickup time, driver contact details, and clear meeting instructions. The exact pickup time will be reconfirmed 24 hours before departure.

Your driver will meet you:

at hotels or private addresses in the lobby or at the main entrance

at airports in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name

Door-to-door service includes luggage assistance. Please provide your flight number or exact pickup address in advance. Maximum luggage allowance is 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on per passenger. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, please inform us ahead of time.

Your trip concludes with a direct drop-off at your hotel, private apartment, or the airport terminal in Vienna. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure you are at the correct entrance. Please provide your specific drop-off address or flight details when booking.

What to expect

Booking & Confirmation:
Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. This private transfer operates both ways: Prague → Vienna or Vienna → Prague. Pickup times are arranged to suit guests and are flexible throughout the day.

Pickup:
Your driver will meet you at your hotel, private address, Prague Airport, or train station. For hotel or private address pickups, the driver meets you in the lobby; at the airport, they will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Please be ready 15 minutes before departure. Full door-to-door service with luggage assistance is provided.

Travel to Český Krumlov:
Enjoy a scenic drive through Southern Bohemia with a 2–3 hour stop to explore the medieval town and UNESCO-listed castle. Luggage remains safely in the vehicle during your visit.

Second Stop (Choice of One):
After Český Krumlov, continue with one included stop of your choice: either the scenic Wachau Valley for photos and sightseeing, or the Mauthausen Memorial. Entry to Mauthausen is free, and a guided tour is available for an additional cost.

Drive to Final Destination:
Relax in a premium, air-conditioned vehicle as you travel across the countryside to your final destination.

Drop-off:
The transfer concludes with a direct drop-off at your hotel, private residence or Vienna International Airport (VIE). Your driver will assist with luggage to ensure a seamless end to your journey.
