Your driver will meet you at your accommodation (hotel or Airbnb) or another agreed location such as a train station or airport in Prague. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This private transfer offers a comfortable, direct journey to Salzburg with a scenic stop in Český Krumlov and Hallstatt. Reverse transfers from Salzburg to Prague are also available upon request.
Transfers operate daily with a standard departure time at 9:00 AM. Pickup times are flexible and will be confirmed after booking. You will receive a confirmation message with your exact pickup time, driver contact details, and clear meeting instructions. The exact pickup time will be reconfirmed 24 hours before departure.
Your driver will meet you:
at hotels or private addresses in the lobby or at the main entrance
at airports in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name
Door-to-door service includes luggage assistance. Please provide your flight number or exact pickup address in advance. Maximum luggage allowance is 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on per passenger. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, please inform us ahead of time.
Your trip concludes with a direct drop-off at your hotel, private apartment, or the airport terminal in Vienna. Your driver will assist you with your luggage and ensure you are at the correct entrance. Please provide your specific drop-off address or flight details when booking.

Immediately after booking, you will receive a confirmation with your exact pickup time and location. This private transfer operates in both directions: Prague → Salzburg or Salzburg → Prague. Pickup times are flexible and arranged to suit each guest.

Hotels / private addresses: driver meets you in the lobby.
Airport pickups: driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. Please be ready 15 minutes before departure. Full door-to-door service with luggage assistance is provided. Transportation is offered in a modern, air-conditioned vehicle.
Stops During Transfer:
Český Krumlov: During the scenic drive through Southern Bohemia, there is a 2-hour pause in Český Krumlov to allow time for photos or a short walk around the town. This is not a guided tour; luggage remains safely in the vehicle, and the driver provides basic assistance as needed.
Hallstatt: Continue your journey with a stop in Hallstatt for photos and a brief walk. This is also not a guided tour; luggage remains safely in the vehicle.
Drop-off:
Arrive at your final destination in Salzburg. Your driver will assist with luggage to ensure a smooth end to your journey, with direct drop-off at your hotel or private residence.
