You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Your driver will meet you at your accommodation (hotel or Airbnb), cruise port, or another agreed location such as a train station or airport in Prague. Please be ready 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. This private transfer offers a comfortable, direct journey to Vilshofen/Passau with a scenic stop in Český Krumlov. Reverse transfers from Vilshofen/Passau to Prague are also available upon request.

Transfers operate daily. Pickup times are flexible and will be confirmed after booking. You will receive a confirmation message with your exact pickup time, driver contact details, and clear meeting instructions. The exact pickup time will be reconfirmed 24 hours before departure.

Your driver will meet you:

at hotels or private addresses in the lobby or at the main entrance

at airports in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name

at cruise ports at the designated passenger exit near your ship

Door-to-door service includes luggage assistance. Please provide your flight number, cruise ship name, or exact pickup address in advance. Maximum luggage allowance is 2 large suitcases and 1 carry-on per passenger. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, please inform us ahead of time.

Drop-off point

Your trip concludes with a direct drop-off at your hotel, private apartment, cruise port, or airport terminal. Your driver will assist you with luggage and ensure you are at the correct entrance. Please provide your specific drop-off address, cruise details, or flight information when booking.

What to expect

Booking & Confirmation: Immediately after booking, we confirm your pickup time and location. Transfer operates both ways: Prague → Passau/Vilshofen or Passau/Vilshofen → Prague.

Pickup: From hotels, private addresses, Prague Airport, or cruise ship docks. Driver meets you in the lobby, arrivals hall, or designated dock 15 minutes before departure. Full door-to-door service with luggage assistance.

Travel to Český Krumlov: Scenic drive through Southern Bohemia with a 2–3 hour stop to explore the medieval town and UNESCO-listed castle at your own pace. No guide is included, giving you full freedom to discover the town independently. Luggage remains safely in the vehicle.

Drive to Final Destination: Relax in a premium, air-conditioned vehicle while traveling across the countryside.

Drop-off: Hotel, private residence, Prague International Airport, or cruise ship docks. Driver assists with luggage to ensure a seamless end to your journey.
