Forget the usual tours. We invite you to step into the shoes of a Sommelier for a day. In this interactive experience, you will be presented with 5 exquisite Kefalonian labels—from the crisp, mineral Robola to the deep, velvety Mavrodaphne.

- Structure: Measure the body and acidity that give these wines their famous "crunchy" freshness.
- Finish: Experience the lingering aftertaste that defines a truly great vintage.
