Meeting and pickup
If you are arriving by cruise ship, we will pick you up directly at the terminal. Alternatively, if you require pickup from your downtown hotel, please let us know where you are staying and we will do our best to accommodate. We recommend the Empress Hotel as the best pickup location for hotel guests.
Our standard drop-off point is Fisherman’s Wharf, which is fun to visit and offers delicious food, ice cream, and colourful floating houses. It is also just a 15-minute walk back to the cruise ship terminal. However, we can accommodate other drop-off points, such as Beacon Hill Park or your hotel.
