ENJOY AND CONNECT WITH WATER In this part of the experience we explore the beautiful Quebrada Santa Gertrudis, a clear water gulch surrounded by natural forest near Cisneros. During the tour we will learn about the origin of these waters, which originate in the mountains near the municipality of Santo Domingo, and about the importance of high mountain ecosystems and water sources that feed rivers and ravines in Antioquia. The hike follows the course of the ravine through a quiet forest, where we can enjoy several natural pools and small waterfalls. This moment of experience is focused on relaxing, enjoying the water and connecting with the natural wealth of the territory.

In this part of the experience we walked along ancient horseshoe paths that historically connected the municipalities of Cisneros and Santo Domingo. These ancestral trails were for many years fundamental routes for local communities and regional trade. During the tour we will talk about the history and legacy of the muleteers, who played a key role in the development of Antioquia transporting goods, connecting villages and contributing to the growth of the region long before the construction of modern roads. Walking along these trails allows us to better understand the history of the territory while enjoying the natural landscape and cultural heritage of the region.
