This small-group experience takes place at a craft brewery located in the quiet lakeside area of SAIKO, at the foot of Mt. Fuji.
Guests are guided directly by the brewer, offering an authentic behind-the-scenes look at the brewing process, equipment, and the local water and environment that shape each beer.
Unlike large commercial breweries, this tour focuses on craftsmanship, storytelling, and relaxed conversation, with a tasting and photo session included in a peaceful, non-touristy setting.
