Hotel Pickups: Please wait in the main hotel lobby at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Our driver/guide will be holding a signboard with the "AR Trust Travel & Tourism" logo or your name.

For Airport Pickups (Hamad International Airport): After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Arrivals Hall (Meeting Point). Look for our representative holding an AR Trust signboard.

For Cruise Terminal Pickups: We pick up from the Doha Cruise Terminal exit point. Please look for your name on our welcome board.

Stay Connected : To ensure a smooth pickup, please provide a valid WhatsApp number with your country code during booking. We will send you the driver’s contact details and vehicle plate number shortly before the tour starts.

Luggage: If you are a transit passenger carrying heavy luggage, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a vehicle with sufficient trunk space.
