Experience the only coffee omakase in a coffee-producing country, hosted in Roatán, Honduras.

This intimate tasting is limited to just 21 guests per seating and features rare, award-winning Honduran coffees, including Cup of Excellence lots and varietals such as Geisha and Parainema, roasted at origin and prepared moments before service.

Guided by SCA-certified professionals, each course is presented omakase-style and paired with refined local bites or artisan desserts to highlight flavor, terroir, and processing.

With panoramic ocean views and a behind-the-scenes look at roasting at source, this is more than a tasting, it’s a curated sensory journey into the craftsmanship and heritage of Honduran coffee.

Meeting Point: Spirit Origin Coffee, First Bight, Main Road, 30 meters before the turn to Parrot Tree, in front of the Viewpoint, Roatán. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Taxi drivers know “Spirit Origin, First Bight.” Parking available onsite.

What to expect

Guests will participate in a guided, multi-course coffee omakase led by SCA-certified professionals. You will taste rare, award-winning Honduran coffees, including Cup of Excellence lots prepared using precision brewing methods.

Each course highlights a different varietal, processing method, or terroir, with structured explanation of flavor notes, extraction, and roasting at origin. Select coffees are paired with refined local bites or artisan desserts to enhance the sensory experience.

You will also gain insight into Honduran coffee production, micro-lots, and what makes origin-roasted coffee unique all while enjoying panoramic ocean views inside our working roastery.
