3. Arrival at Cancun Airport
Once you land and clear immigration, please collect your luggage (if applicable). When you are at the baggage claim area, send us a WhatsApp message so we can coordinate your pickup.

4. Contact with Your Driver
Your driver will send you a WhatsApp or text message with a photo so you can easily identify them. They will be waiting for you at the meeting point with a personalized welcome banner with your name.

5. Meeting Your Driver
Meet your driver at the Welcome Bar meeting point at your terminal. Your driver will assist you and guide you to the vehicle.

6. Private Transfer to Your Hotel

Lost Items Policy

Please make sure to check the vehicle carefully before leaving and ensure that you have all your personal belongings with you.

Our vehicles operate on a tight schedule and continue with other services after each transfer, which means other passengers may enter the vehicle later. For this reason, we strongly recommend verifying that nothing is left behind.

While we will always do our best to assist if an item is reported missing, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost belongings once the service has been completed.
