It is very important that you inform us if you checked baggage. Please also send us a message when you are at the baggage claim waiting for your luggage, so we can coordinate the pickup timing with your driver as parking spots are very limited.

After completing your reservation, please provide your flight number, arrival time, hotel name, and a WhatsApp contact number so we can coordinate your pickup properly.

Our team will monitor your flight arrival time to ensure your driver is ready even if your flight is delayed.
3. Arrival at Cancun Airport
Once you land and clear immigration, please collect your luggage (if applicable). When you are at the baggage claim area, send us a WhatsApp message so we can coordinate your pickup.
4. Contact with Your Driver
Your driver will send you a WhatsApp or text message with a photo so you can easily identify them. They will be waiting for you at the meeting point with a personalized welcome banner with your name.
5. Meeting Your Driver
Meet your driver at the Welcome Bar meeting point at your terminal. Your driver will assist you and guide you to the vehicle.
6. Private Transfer to Your Hotel
Enjoy a comfortable private transfer directly from Cancun International Airport to your hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone. The service is non-stop and exclusively for your group.
7. Arrival at Your Hotel

However, we always ensure that a suitable vehicle will be provided to safely and comfortably accommodate the total number of passengers in your group.
All vehicles are well-maintained, clean, and in excellent operating condition to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
Lost Items Policy
Please make sure to check the vehicle carefully before leaving and ensure that you have all your personal belongings with you.
Our vehicles operate on a tight schedule and continue with other services after each transfer, which means other passengers may enter the vehicle later. For this reason, we strongly recommend verifying that nothing is left behind.
While we will always do our best to assist if an item is reported missing, we cannot guarantee the recovery of lost belongings once the service has been completed.
