Lara Bay Turtle Conservation Station, located on a secluded beach in Paphos, Cyprus, is a vital project dedicated to protecting endangered Loggerhead (Caretta caretta) and Green turtles (Chelonia mydas). It operates to protect nests from predators and human interference, particularly from June to September, with peak hatching in August.
