What to expect

You’ll begin by preparing a refreshing homemade tzatziki, followed by a classic Greek pie using delicate phyllo pastry. Choose between a rich cheese pie made with authentic feta or the beloved spanakopita filled with spinach and fresh herbs.

Next, you’ll learn how to roll and cook traditional dolmades (stuffed vine leaves) and create a vibrant Santorini-style Greek salad with fresh tomatoes, cucumber, capers, onion, olive oil, and feta cheese.

You’ll then prepare Santorini’s famous fava, a smooth and creamy purée made from the island’s unique yellow split peas, known for their rich flavor and velvety texture.

To complete the menu, you’ll make traditional gemista—tomatoes and peppers filled with a fragrant mixture of rice, herbs, and vegetables, then baked until perfectly tender.

Throughout the experience, you’ll enjoy plenty of local wine while cooking and dining, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. At the end, everyone gathers to enjoy the delicious dishes they’ve prepared together, celebrating the authentic flavors and warm hospitality of Greek cuisine.
