In a historic location in the heart of the Sassi di Matera where time seems to have stopped, you can taste an exclusive selection of typical local products such as:
- Matera bread with extra virgin olive oil "Majatica";
- Matera Bread canapés with turnip creams and cream of dried tomatoes;
- Taralli di Matera in one of 21 different flavors (Peperoni Crusco / Pistachio / Red Wine / Cheese & Pepper etc.);
- Fried "Bruschi" peppers;
- A typical Materano aperitif between : Crapiata Snack (mix of roasted legumes) / Materane Fried Beans;
- Fried Orecchiette (our exclusive)!;
- Seasoned Sausage Dolce Lucana;
- A typical local cheese between : Cacioricotta Materano / Caciocavallo Podolico Materano;
