This private sushi and matcha experience takes place in a quiet Japanese home just outside Sapporo. In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you will learn how to make a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll using fresh, natural ingredients.
Each group can choose to make either a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll or a flower sushi roll. Beginners are always welcome. After your booking is confirmed, please let us know whether your group would like to make the Mount Fuji roll or the Flower roll.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
For the easiest access, please take a taxi from Exit 5 of Shin-Sapporo Subway Station. There is a taxi stand near the exit. The studio is just a 10-minute taxi ride from the station (approximately ¥ 1,500). The exact address will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
What to expect
You will be welcomed with Japanese green tea served in beautiful Japanese glassware, giving you a relaxing start to your experience.
First, you will learn the basics by making a simple sushi roll.
Next, create a beautiful Mount Fuji sushi roll step by step using fresh, natural ingredients.
This activity features the Mount Fuji sushi roll. If you would prefer to make a flower sushi roll instead, please let us know after your booking is confirmed. Please note that all participants in the same booking will make the same sushi roll design.
After making sushi, enjoy a relaxing matcha experience with Japanese seasonal sweets.
