Come and play! Join our fun, hands-on Boba & Taiwanese Tea Workshop in Taichung, fully conducted in English.

You'll dive into the world of real Taiwanese tea in a relaxed, friendly setting. We'll show you how to pick the best tea leaves and smell their amazing natural scents.

You'll learn the secret to making perfectly chewy "QQ" boba pearls and shake up four of your own signature drinks-including refreshing teas mixed with fresh seasonal local juices and the world-famous classic milk tea-all paired with tasty local snacks.

To top it all off, have fun assembling your own 'Gua Bao' (the legendary Taiwanese Burger), a fluffy steamed bun filled with yummy traditional toppings.

This interactive experience is perfect for food lovers who want to taste and create authentic Taiwanese flavors while making new friends!

What to expect

We begin with a sensory journey, identifying the unique aromas of Oolong, Black, and Royal Tea to discover Taiwan’s famous tea culture. You’ll learn to cook perfect, glowing "QQ" pearls and brew our signature Ruby Black Tea (No. 18). I’ll share my professional "Golden Ratio" so you can recreate this magic at home!

Next, we’ll handcraft four iconic drinks: 2 refreshing Local Fruit Tea with premium juices, the world-famous Classic Pearl Milk Tea and a bold Oolong Milk Tea. You’ll explore how different tea bases interact with milk to create surprising flavor layers.

Enjoy your handmade creations with a curated selection of traditional Taiwanese crackers while swapping travel stories. To wrap up, we’ll assemble authentic Gua Bao (Taiwanese Sliders)! Pack fluffy steamed buns with savory ingredients for the ultimate sweet and savory combo. Enjoy it fresh on the spot or pack it to go!
